Valerie’s Story
Valerie was 11 years old when she was diagnosed with aplastic anemia. She underwent several years of intense medical procedures before receiving a transplant when she was 17. Now, more than 10 years post transplant, Valerie leads an active life and is passionate about sharing her story. She hopes her words of advice will help other transplant recipients.

Hi Jack, So glad you got to go home and are relaxing with your loved ones. Riviera is one of my faoitvre restaurants, too! We are looking forward to your fund raiser next Wednesday as well. I hope we get to see you but we are going for a late lunch, not sure if we will actually get to be there the same time as you . but consider yourself loved and hugged my little friend.
